I honestly don't want to impose too many rules here, but I must if previleges become abused. Keep in mind that these terms could change at any given time, so be sure to check back often. Any violation of the terms of use will result in, according to severity, a disabled account, or a deleted account. Further action may be taken for very severe violations. A disabled account owner has 14 days to contact us. After 14 days, all data will be deleted from our database. It is possible for a disabled account to be active again, but a record will be kept of when the account was disabled if it becomes active again. We have the right to disable an account for any reason we feel is just. A user has the right to contest a disabled account within 14 days, but cannot contest a deleted account, as all data will be already deleted.

A user of a deleted account is allowed to register a new account only if the deletion was not based on a severe reason. If the second account reoffends, a user will be banned indefinitely.

General Abuse

pfEagle is still under development. This means that bugs will most likely appear throughout the site. Any bugs must be reported to us via the contact page. Exploitation of bugs will result in, depending on severity, a warning, temporary ban, a deleted account, or a permanent ban.

pfEagle is not storage space. Any users found using pfEagle for purposes other than a portfolio will have their account disabled, or deleted. Your pfEagle space is to be used for your portfolio only.

Any other types of abuse not mentioned here will also result in a violation of this terms of use.

Accounts

One account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts will result in all accounts registered to the owner disabled.

Content

We reserve the right to disable your portfolio due to any reason we deem valid. This generally will include sensitive content that are deemed illegal, or content including warez, file sharing, explicit content, etc. Again, content must be for your portfolio only. Also, links to pfEagle and Edward Sun must stay intact in every page of your portfolio. The links may go anywhere, the fonts may be small, etc. but they must be readable and linked. You may edit the text to suit your needs as well, as long as the general idea stays.

HTML tags are allowed for content pages. However, there are disallowed tags that will not be rendered. Any attempt at evading this filter would result in an account deletion. This is also the only rule regarding theme editing.

I hope I've kept the rules short so that you can enjoy less restrictions. But more importantly, I hope that there will be no need to expand this page in the future. I'm not a big fan of writing.
